Process:

Pure Maintenance uses a patented two-step process for mold remediation. The first step is a dry fog application called InstaPURE that is EPA approved. InstaPURE fills the entire building and eliminates all mold, bacteria, and viruses on surfaces, behind walls, and air born. The second step is another dry fog application called EverPURE. This is an anti-microbial agent that protects your home or business against mold, bacteria, and viruses for one year. The building will need to be vacant for approximately 5 hours from the time of service. To schedule services, call or email Pure Maintenance at the phone number or email address listed at the top of this form.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. Pure Maintenance will accept major credit cards, cash, cashier’s check, and PayPal. Pure Maintenance reserves the right to charge 18.5% interest compounded monthly on all late payments.
