Step 1: The Instapure Process

The InstaPURE Process is the first of two stages in the Pure Maintenance service and incorporates SaniDate 5.0. SaniDate 5.0 is a powerful disinfectant applied either by dry fog or spray that destroys all mold spores and mycotoxins throughout your home or work building. Our system denatures mold spores, turning them into inert matter, so your family or employees can breathe a healthy sigh of relief knowing that the mold in your home is gone. The InstaPURE Process is a strong disinfectant and it will disinfect any surface it touches.

SaniDate 5.0 registered with the CA Department of Pesticides as a disinfectant, virucide, bactericide, fungicide, algaecide, antimicrobial, and slimicide. SaniDate is approved and safe for application on food-contact and non-food contact surfaces. It also disinfects as it cleans all in one operation depending on its application method. SaniDate 5.0 can be used to clean, disinfect, and deodorize floors and walls, as well as other hard, nonporous surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, garbage bins/cans, bathroom fixtures, sinks, bed frames, shelves, racks, carts, refrigerators, coolers, glazed tile. Additional use sites listed on this label include those made of linoleum, vinyl, glazed porcelain, plastic polyethylene, stainless steel, and glass.

StEp 2: the everpure Process

The second step in the Pure Maintenance mold and microbial remediation system is called The EverPURE Process. The EverPURE Process incorporates Goldshield 5®, a microbiostatic agent. A microbiostatic agent is an agent that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria, bacteria that cause staining and discoloration, fungi (including mold and mildew), and algae. This product does not protect users or others against food-borne or disease-causing bacteria.

Goldshield 5® is registered in CA as a bactericide, fungicide, or antimicrobial for three-month protection against bacteria (germs, fire blight, animal/plant pathogen) and fungi. The EverPURE process creates an invisible barrier to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria, bacteria that cause staining and discoloration, fungi (including mold and mildew), and algae. If necessary, reapply Goldshield 5® every three months or when odor, staining, and discoloration due to bacteria, mold stains, and mildew stains return.

  • Pre-cleaning is required before any application. Surface cleaning to remove particulates (such as dust, grime, etc.) is necessary for effective application.

  • Once the EverPURE process is complete, continue with your standard cleaning protocols of surfaces to avoid a buildup of particulates and ensure that the barrier’s effectiveness is maintained.
